COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT

This text, within the scope of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, contains my consent for the following purposes by INFINIA TOURISM TRADE JOINT STOCK COMPANY:

• Announcement of general/special opportunities regarding the services offered
• Conducting satisfaction surveys regarding the services provided
• Being informed about current developments
• Sending congratulatory messages
• Sharing content such as presentations and newsletters
• Promotion and advertising activities

I acknowledge and consent that:

• Commercial electronic messages will be sent to me in accordance with the relevant legislation for these purposes
• My contact information, identity information, and marketing information have been obtained for the purpose of conducting goods/services sales and advertising/campaign/promotion processes
• Messages will be sent to me through my preferred channel
• I can change my communication preferences at any time or stop communication by rejecting the process specified in the messages sent to me without providing any reason
• Commercial electronic messages may be sent to me in accordance with the law via SMS/text message, automatic calling, telephone calls, pop-up, push notification, social media and online advertising networks, e-mail/mail, and other electronic communication tools-channels
• My personal data will be processed by INFINIA TOURISM TRADE JOINT STOCK COMPANY for the purpose of sending commercial electronic messages
• The necessary information for this process may be transferred to business partners located domestically and, incidentally, abroad
